Worst customer service I have ever dealt with !! Return & exchange policy sucks. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and unfortunately they were to small (shoes run small) I paid for shipping with my first order then had to pay to send them back and they you have to pay for shipping again. I contacted customer service and they told me the shoe was sold out in the size I needed. Guess what? The website never said that and my mom some how was able to order my daughters correct size. If you can avoid using omni cheer, do not shop with them
Horrible customer service. Emailed directly after purchasing my order since I had the wrong color, no response. Called in to get it switched and the order was “already invoiced “ so there was “nothing I could do” except PAY for shipping to return it and wait 8-10 days for the correct items. I was told that they don’t actually receive the emails?!? Whatttttt?! Why list an email address as an option, if it’s not really an option. The supervisors were conveniently in a meeting and would have to get back to me, in which i will not be holding my breath for. Unfortunately, I have to give this company my money as it’s the schools required uniform. Your lack of customer service and your employee’s attitude represent you guys perfectly. Too bad that’s not advertised on your website.

I placed an order and it has yet to even be processed. I found what i needed in a different store so i no longer need it, and its not letting me return it. I tried calling about the issue, but the phone doesn't even ring. It just says the line is busy. Never giving this place my money again!!!!

I ordered a fit kit for my elementary school dance team in late February of 2020. Then the pandemic happened. We did not know we would be out of school for the an entire year. I could not get into the school until last week. I called to see if I could send the kit back so I could use the $300 to actually purchase the warm ups to at least give my little ones a little bit of normalcy. I was told no I could not get my money back even though I wanted to use it for the warm ups. Fit kits are due back in 30 days. NO EXCEPTS apparently pandemics is not an excuse. We are a Title 1 district. My school is 99% low income. My team does not have money to waste and I don't have it to donate. I have used this company several times in the past however I won't be using them anymore.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on Nov. 12 and today is Dec. 12 and have not received it. It says item on back order but when I called, the agent said it was being personalized. First and LAST experience with Omni Cheer.
I haven't been able to say this in a long time; the customer service I received by Liz and everyone else who I communicated with was outstanding! I am a first-year head coach, so I was very nervous about this process being complicated. However, this was far from the case as they made this process incredibly fluid, easy, transparent... I am so thankful and impressed! I highly recommend Omni Cheer! The people are just phenomenal
They have recently outsourced there email system so I get no correspondence from them and the contact us page doesn't work properly. I've spoke to customer service about it shown proof and continuously get accusations of me not responding or deleting emails. I will never shop with this company again.

Yes you guys respond to your emails in house. However your email server (what sends them out) is handled by bazaarvoice-cgc.com and all your emails are masked using your domain name to make it seem to the eye its really your domain. Im sorry that you had to end up with this kinda job instead of being a computer programmer. Sounds of your reply in saying you guys handle your email service you must have a degree in the field. However your 100% wrong. Yes you got a review from my wife due to wasting 2 days and countless hours on the phone with your customer service just to get hung up on as well as passed around to so many people. Your lucky the children these were order for dont have google or you'd have 2 more bad reviews. Just because 1 person orders it doesn't mean others aren't effected. Really in all honesty there's a really simple fix update with the time fix your website so then a customer (one who makes ensures you get paid) who wants to add a name to there item they may do so in the same simple order. Not depend on a email that clearly customers don't receive. Like i wanted to wait 5 extra weeks listen to my 2 daughters asking every day when there jackets would be here I decided to delete these emails fir amusement. After talking to customer service for 2 days I finally got a lady who cared and both days I got her eventually hours later she told me I could go to portal.omnicheer to input my information and upon getting there it ask for my order number so I copy it from myninbouce on your website then input my email hit next and guess what the site says incorrect information. So I tell the lady on the phone and dhe tries it and whst do u know same issue. She then says maybe its the customer order number. She tries that out and bam it works. Only one issue though the customer order number is only visible to uou guys. The customer doesn't get that number at all However that probably me too. So upon waiting with the agent for a supervisor (still waiting on callback for one ????) o said well do you have a email through omnicheer? I can email you so you can message back and we will see if I get it since your website script attempts to send them out and logos the attempts I must have gotten them although the script doesn't tell you they went out i just logs that its attempted to send. (you being a programmer should know how it works) So after her chuckle she proceeded to say well i do have a email address through the company HOWEVER ???? I can't use it right now due to tech support is trying to fix it due to my emails not getting sent out. ???????????? I said oh kinda like the websites doing?? I'm sure though that its still me I got your emails I just deleted them right orbi didn't check spam folder right? I didn't message the names I wanted on my jackets with no reply or you guys didn't have my cell number to try and call after 8 email's I NEVER GOT after 5 weeks not 1 person thought well lets try to call. NOPE you had the money so who cares right?
Keep going this route (seen plenty of people with same issue) and you will be getting no pay check because just like me others will pay little extra to not get HORRIBLE customer service, get blamed for your company's mistakes, get treated poorly and hung up on. I guess by your response lack to accept somethings wrong we can see why the issue is still there.
Also after getting hung up on and called a liar the second day I recorded my phone calls and documented everything. So I have plenty of proof to distribute to the world because unlike your company the consumers care however they don't care to pay for employees of a company that doesn't care.

Well I’m just hoping I have some shoes showing up soon. I sent the po then called to verify it was received, asked person if they needs anything else and she said it looked good. Two days later I get an email saying to send our tax id Info, did it and haven’t heard anything else! Try to call phone just rings. I’ve sent numerous emails. No response. Ridiculous. In the meantime, items I ordered from varsity two days after Omni have arrived. Awful ways to do business!

Due to financial hardships COVID has had on many of my cheer families, I decided to go with Omni Cheer this year (instead of Varisty) to make things more affordable since we were unsure of even having a season.
First of all, I made sure that everyone used their size charts for everything (we had shells and skirts already but ordered warm ups, shoes and undergarments from Omni) and noticed while ordering poms for the team myself.....the ONLY time they mention anything about returns/exchanges are for CUSTOM items. NONE of our items were custom but more than half the team recieved items WAAAAAY to big or the wrong size was shipped (not the size ordered). Omni proceeded to charge my families a restocking fee AND shipping for ALL exchanges!!! (NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THIS UPON CHECKOUT/ORDERING) THAT is ridiculous and infuriates me because that adds up to ALOT of money for them! FIX your size charts and DONT charge people for YOUR mistakes! We will NEVER EVER do business with them again and I will be posting my experience everywhere I can so others don’t have the same frustrations.
